Shipping policy

All of our shipments are specially packaged for each shipment based on the number of items and their conformation. Packaging consists of paper/cardboard boxes and in some cases there may be minimal plastic wrap to ensure protection of the items.

Processing times.

Orders can sometimes take 1-3 business days to process after we receive them and before shipping. We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you didn't receive it or if the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry.

What are the shipping times?

Standard shipping time: estimated 8-12 days after fulfillment.

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times shown above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs procedures that we cannot keep track of. Please contact us at info@igiftsshop.com if your package takes too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
